Regal Patisserie Keto Cake Collection
Regal Hotels has always been one of the advocates for promoting a sustainable lifestyle in the industry, we proudly present our three delectable Keto cakes, Keto Carrot Cake, Keto Cheesecake and Keto Brownie. All are solely sweetened with Japanese monk fruit sweetener. The team has also precisely adjusted the ingredients portion, ensuring those watching their weight can freely enjoy a slice of cake, too. Keto cakes are available in 1lb and cut cakes.
The Keto Cake Collection is available at all Regal Patisseries (Regal Airport Hotel, Regal Hongkong Hotel, Regal Kowloon Hotel, Regal Riverside Hotel and Regala Skycity Hotel) and Regal Hotels’ eShop with 12% off until 30 September.
From now on, a guest who dines in at any of Regal Hotels’ restaurants in his or her birthday month can get a complimentary slice of the cake.
Keto Carrot Cake (whole cake HK$398, cut cake HK$58)
The moist and soft sponge cake layers come with a warming cinnamon aftertaste. Chef has added fresh carrot balls to the cream cheese filling to give extra texture and more pronounced natural sweetness. Better still, the entire cake uses monk fruit sweetener with zero calories.
Keto Cheesecake (whole cake HK$298, cut cake HK$50)
Made with cream cheese and butter from New Zealand, and Japanese monk fruit sweetener, this American-style cheesecake is thick and creamy but with fewer calories. With its crunchy crust at the bottom and a slight tang from the filling, this is certainly the best dessert for summer.
Keto Brownie (whole cake HK$368, cut cake HK$58)
The rich brownie is made with Valrhona sugar-free dark chocolate, monk fruit sweetener and American almond flour instead of conventional flour to keep the cake low carb. The baking time is deliberately shortened to keep the cake gooey and fudgy. Filled with silky chocolate ganache, it is an absolute crowd-pleaser.
