It's our goal to offer the Best Internet Rate Guarantee to guests who book directly on our brand website. If you have reserved a hotel room on our brand website www.regalhotel.com and within the following 24 hours you could book the same room type for same booking conditions and dates at a lower rate on our authorized online distributor's website, we will match the room rate.

How to Claim

1. Submit the claim form online.

2. Provide the URL of the website where you found the better rate.

3. Provide brand website room rate and the competing website room rate.

4. Provide a screenshot of the competing website in which the room availability room type, and the rates for the required dates of your stay are clearly indicated.

5. Regal Hotels will verify the Competing Rate and notify you of the results within 48 hours.

PLEASE NOTE: You don't need to make a booking on the competing website, just show us the comparison. If the Competing Rate is booked through another website, Regal Hotels International Limited is not responsible for any fees or other costs incurred due to cancellation of a reservation.

For Qualified Claim

• The room rate for approved bookings will discounted to be equivalent to the Competing Rate. For example, the original booking was HK$1,000 per night for 3 nights. The competing rate of 2nd & 3rd night of HK$900 was approved. (the folio will read $1,000 + $900 + $900 = $2800 plus applicable taxes/service charges)

• The number of Regal Club points earned, if applicable, will be vased on the room rate paid upon departure.
