The e-voucher only applies to dinner service of participating Regal Hotels’ restaurants
The e-voucher must be redeemed from the date of purchase until 31 May 2024 (except 11 and 12 May 2024)
The e-voucher only applies to À La Carte food and beverage consumption and is not valid for special set meals, banquets, takeaways or in-room dining service
Customers are required to make reservations (subject to availability) and indicate the use of the e-voucher to staff at the time of reservation
The e-voucher can be used to settle the tea charges (if applicable) and 10% service charge
The e-voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers or discounts and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products
The e-voucher cannot be used in conjunction with membership discounts or privileges, Regal Club vouchers and Regal Dollar. The purchase of an e-voucher is not eligible to earn Regal Points, but the remaining paid amount of spending (minus the voucher value) is eligible to earn Regal Points
No refund will be made if spending is less than the face value of the e-voucher
Room guests must settle the bill at the respective restaurant when using the e-voucher
The e-voucher is non-refundable
If the e-voucher is lost, stolen, damaged, or expired, it will not be reissued, refunded, or extended
Each e-voucher can only be used once, cannot be reprinted, copied or resold
In case of any disputes, the decision of Regal Airport Hotel, Regal Hongkong Hotel, Regal Kowloon Hotel, Regal Oriental Hotel, Regal Riverside Hotel and Regala Skycity Hotel are final and conclusive
