They are inspired by fresh flowers, pleasing to both eyes and the palate. Pink Heart Messages (Strawberry Rose Yoghurt Cake) (HK$388) is designed to resemble a blooming flower. Made with strawberries sourced from Japan and infused with rose tea in the filling, it offers a refreshing taste with balanced sweetness and a subtle, enchanting floral aroma.
Rose's Sweet Whisper (Peach Honey Mini Cake) (HK$68), artfully combines the unique fragrance of sweet peaches with honey, resulting in a fresh and elegant flavour. Its soft texture is beautifully complemented by mini pink rose decorations, adding a romantic touch to the Valentine’s celebration! Both cakes will be available from 3-14 February at all Regal Patisserie locations and on the Regal eShop.
