Regal Hotels proudly presents 6 exquisite New Year Puddings and 4 sets of Poon Choi in celebration of the Lunar New Year. Crafted 100% in Hong Kong, these festive delicacies contain no added preservatives and feature premium Chinese dried seafood, symbolising good fortune for the prosperous year ahead. We offer a variety of luxurious pudding sets perfect for gifting or personal enjoyment, allowing you to share joy with family and friends during this season of reunion. To further delight our guests, Regal Hotels offers early bird discounts – orders of new year puddings placed by 10 January 2025 can enjoy discounts of up to 34%.
Wellness Collection
The newly introduced Purple Sweet Potato, Purple Rice and Fig New Year Pudding is made with fibre-rich purple sweet potato and purple rice, perfectly blended with fig for a delightfully chewy texture. The greatest hit of all-time Bird’s Nest and Sweet Osmanthus Pudding with Gold Flake is the best choice for health-conscious guests, especially ladies, since it is made with nourishing bird’s nest and fragrant osmanthus, both are beneficial for the skin. The gold flake on top adds a stunning touch to its presentation.

Starting 2 December, the new year puddings are available for order at Regal Airport Hotel, Regal Hongkong Hotel, Regal Kowloon Hotel, Regal Oriental Hotel, Regal Riverside Hotel and Regala Skycity Hotel, as well as Regal Hotels’ eShop (https://bit.ly/4fT9o3n). The redemption period spans between 20 and 28 January 2025.

Our culinary team selects a rich mix of luxurious ingredients for these 3 classic poon choi options namely Abalone Supreme Poon Choi, 3-head Whole Abalone and Lobster Poon Choi and Abalone Deluxe Poon Choi. All abalones are simmered for 6 hours and stewed in sauce for another 4 hours, resulting in a harmonious blend of fresh, sweet and rich flavours. Served with fish maws, sea cucumbers, lobsters and more, these poon choi selections feature a wide range of sought-after delicacies, making them the perfect choice for a celebratory feast. We also offer a vegetarian alternative, Deluxe Vegetarian Poon Choi, made with Yunnan natural fungus including Morel, Elm Ear Mushroom and Yellow Fungus, all contain abundant contents of proteins, fibre and collagen. Highlighting the whole vegetarian abalone, we invite our guests to embark on a new journey of New Year celebrations with a sustainable twist.
