2. Customers are required to settle the full payment with Alipay HK on Regal Hotels' official websites to enjoy the offers. 
3. Apply the voucher code to enjoy HK$300 discount upon spending HK$3,000 or more (before service charge).
4. Vouchers code offers are on first come, first served basis and subject to availability.  No prior notice will be given if the voucher code offers are all consumed/no longer available.
5. Offers are applicable to each eligible single booking and only one voucher code can be used for each booking.
6. The voucher code must be added at the time of booking on the check-out page.
7. Click "apply" and the corresponding voucher value will be deducted from the grand total (before service charge).
8. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or offers.
9. The voucher is invalid after the expiry date.

15. No cancellation and amendment is allowed once the booking is confirmed, a full non-refundable prepayment for the entire stay has been charged to your Octopus at the time of booking and failure to arrive at the hotel will result in forfeiture of the prepayment.

17. By participating in this program, participants are deemed to have read and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of this promotion.  No third party right is enforceable under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
18. Should any disputes arise, the decision of Regal Hotels International Limited is final and conclusive.

5. All or part of the coupon's face value is not redeemable for cash, and there is no refund for the balance.
6. Coupons are applicable to participating Regal Hotels' restaurants.
7. Coupons must be provided before the completion of the transaction.
8. Coupons are only applicable to single checkout, and cannot separate or combine bills during checkout.
9. The discount is calculated based on the original price.
10. An additional service charge (if applicable) is added and calculated at the original price.
