"Donut Christmas Joy " buffet lunch, which aims to create a joyful and festive dining experience for all guests. The Executive Chef has prepared a variety of delectable Chilled Seafood options, including succulent Snow Crab Legs, Canada Edible Crab, and Shrimp. The cold section feature dishes such as Pomelo and Shrimp Salad with Lime and Chili Dressing, Duck Foie Gras Terrine with Brioche and Apple Jam, Norway Smoked Salmon with Condiment, Champagne Scented Lobster and Mango Jelly, and Grilled Chicken with Apple Salad. A range of fresh and delicious Japanese Sashimi, including Salmon, Tuna, and Scallops. There are also Chinese and Western Soups available, including Bak Kut The and Roasted Celery Root Cream Soup with Bacon. The carving section offers Roasted U.S Striploin and Honey Glazed Bone Ham. Also, a wide selection of Chinese and Western hot dishes, including Roasted Beef Tenderloin with Duck Foie Gras Sauce, Roasted Rack of Lamb with Red Wine Sauce, Seared Barramundi Fillet with Lemon Butter Sauce, Baked Seafood, Crispy Beef Brisket, Typhoon Shelter Chili Crab, Steamed Fish with Ginger and Spring Onion, Hainanese Chicken Rice, and Indian Seafood Masala. Additionally, the buffet lunch features a live cooking station where you can enjoy Fresh Black Mussel in 2-way - White Wine with Basil or Spicy Tomato Sauce. There is also a Seafood Laksa with Lobster Claw which has a variety of condiments to choose from. The appetizer selection includes Champagne Scented Lobster and Mango Jelly, Prosciutto with Rock Melon, Duck Foie Gras Terrine with Brioche and Apple Jam, Cheese Raclette with Baby Onion. To start off the buffet, there is a delightful assortment of fresh and delicious Japanese Sashimi, featuring items like Red Shrimp, Hamachi, Scallop, setting the stage for a culinary journey. We also offer 2 choices of soups, including Seafood, Bamboo and Conpoy Broth, Roasted Pumpkin and Lobster Bisque. The hot section includes Seared Barramundi Fillet with Citrus Cream Sauce, Pan Seared Beef Medallion with Mushroom Truffle Sauce, and Pan Seared Duck Foie Gras with Figs Chutney and Home-Made Apple Jam, creating highlights of the buffet. The Duck Foie Gras is crispy outside and tender on the inside, with its natural rich fat melting and releasing its unique aroma when seared, complemented by the fig sauce for a refreshing contrast. The Roasted Carving Station offers Roasted U.S Striploin, Salmon Wellington, and Christmas Turkey, with moist and tender meat that captures the essence of the festive season, adding joy and warmth to this special occasion. The Chinese hot section includes Wok-Fried Shrimp with Golden Egg Sauce, Braised Duck Leg, Steamed Grouper, Braised E-Fu Noodle with Crab Meat. Each guest who dines at the dinner buffet will receive a special treat of either a half of Boston Lobster Mornay.
