Café Aficionado (Hotel G/F) – Floral Delights for Romantic Memories
Café Aficionado will present a special Valentine's Day buffet dinner ($688 per adult. $418 per child and senior). On Valentine's Day, in addition to offering a variety of signature International delicacies, the restaurant will feature a theme of flowers and strawberries, presenting a series of captivating dishes. Highlights include Hawaiian Heart-shaped Pizza, Smoked Salmon Roses, Strawberry Heart-shaped Mousse Cake and White Chocolate Heart-shaped Cake. Additionally, the restaurant will set up a dessert workshop and a Valentine's Day-themed photo zone, allowing couples to create their unique mousse cake and sweet memories! The Valentine's Day buffet dinner will be available from 6:00 pm to 9:30 pm on 14 to 16 February 2025. Early bird discount of 35% for bookings made before 1 February 2025.
China Coast Bar + Grill (Hotel G/F) – Enchanting Valentine's Dinner
China Coast Bar + Grill offers an enchanting Valentine's dinner ($1,288 for two). Each dish is creatively presented in heart-shaped designs that will delight and tantalize your taste buds. The menu includes Smoked Salmon Salad and Flower of Love Nigiri, Crab Meat Pumpkin Soup, Grilled Tenderloin with Heart-shape Potato Au Gratin Cherry Tomatoes and Broccoli, White Chocolate Champagne Strawberry Delight. Guests can also showcase their skills by crafting custom cocktails for their beloved one on 14 and 15 February 2025, adding a surprise element and enhancing the romantic atmosphere! The Valentine's romantic dinner for two will be available from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm on 12 to 16 February 2025. Early bird discount of 25% for bookings made before 1 February 2025. To enhance the vibe, two Valentine’s Day cocktails, Watermelon Fizz and Earl Gary Tea Mojito, are specially designed for the festival, $98 each glass.
