As Christmas approaches, Café Aficionado is excited to present an array of classic holiday dishes that you simply must try. First up is the aromatic and succulent Whole Roasted Turkey – the golden crispy skin and juicy meat are so tantalizing. Another must-try dish is the Salmon Wellington, where moist and tender salmon fillet is wrapped in a buttery and crispy puff pastry, making it the perfect Christmas treat.
