Café Allegro has added a buffet theme called "Hong Kong Classic" and it promises to be a delightful experience for all those who have a love for Classic Hong Kong cuisine.
The buffet is designed to reflect the traditional and contemporary flavours of Hong Kong. Starting with Seafood on Ice, Salad, Sashimi and Sushi Rolls. The Hong Kong classic section showcases some of the best Hong Kong dishes, including Traditional Shrimp Toast, Pan-fried Pork Bun, Stir-fried Chicken with Dried Chili, Hong Kong Typhoon Shelter Prawn, Hainanese Chicken Rice, Baked Pork Chop with Rice, Braised Veggies Deluxe, and much more. The noodles counter has a range of noodle varieties that can be mixed and matched with Shrimp, Fish Tofu, Seasonal Vegetable, Mushroom and other elements to one’s own liking.
The soup section is filled with delicious options such as Faux Shark’s Fin Soup, Daily Western Soup, and Chinese Soup, which add warmness to the meal. The delicacies section comes with a variety of other mouth-watering dishes, the carving station is a highlight to the buffet. For those who are fond of Thai cuisine, the buffet has a Thai section, where guests can enjoy dishes like Roasted Fish with Lemongrass and Lime, Beef Rendang, Thai Style Steamed Seabass, and many more.
