Full Day Meeting Package at HK$800*

• 2 standard coffee breaks with 2 assorted refreshments each
• Standard meeting equipment
• Complimentary use of LED Wall single image as backdrop at Versailles Ballroom, valued at HK$6,800 (minimum attendance of 150 persons is required)
• Choice of Luncheon: Western Set Lunch at Mezzo^/ Chinese Set Lunch at Regal Court

• Flipcharts / whiteboard with markers
• Standard audio / visual equipment
• Wired / wireless microphones

• A set of LCD projector with screen
• Broadband Internet access for 1 device (12 hours per day)

Value added choices:

• Additional HK$80 per person to use private room for meeting luncheon (subject to hotel’s availability)
• Additional HK$80 per person to upgrade to Deluxe Theme Break
• Additional LCD projector to be charged at HK$1,500 nett each
