• Minimum consecutive 3 nights stay are required

• Room rates are subject to a 10% service charge and the prevailing government tax (if applicable)
• Booking confirmation is subject to hotel’s availability and final confirmation
• Hotel reserves the right to amend booking terms and conditions at own’s discretion
• The rates are non-commissionable
• Minors under the age of 17 can only stay in shared rooms with a parent or legal guardian
• All privileges cannot be transferred, accumulated, or redeemed for cash, other products or services

• Should there be any disputes, the decision of Regal Hongkong Hotel shall be final and conclusive

Cancellation Policy

No cancellation or amendment is allowed for the Promotional Rate you've confirmed. A full non-refundable prepayment for the entire stay will be charged to your credit card at time of booking. Failure to arrive at the hotel will result in forfeiture of the prepayment.

New Regulation on Disposable Plastic Products

As part of Regal’s initiative on sustainability, we strive to minimize the occurrence of environmental pollution in our business activities.

With the new regulation on disposable plastic products starting on 22 April 2024, disposable plastic toiletries and in-room plastic-bottled water will no longer be provided in hotels for free. All Regal Hotels will supply eco-friendly alternatives instead. Meanwhile, we also highly encourage guests to bring their own toiletries.
