Basic Terms & Conditions
- Room rates listed are subject to 10% service charge.
- Room rates are applicable to single or twin occupancy only.
- The name of the guest as appear in the booking shall be the same as the holder of the credit card making payment online for the booking. Payment once made will not be refundable unless otherwise stated in the booking confirmation.
- Once a room is booked, the guest cannot transfer it to other guests.
- Rates, once confirmed with a confirmation number, will be guaranteed on the date on which the guests checks in.
- Should there is any dispute on the booking, Regal Hotels International reserves the right to make the final decision.
REFUND POLICY
All Last Minute Bookings, once confirmed, cannot be amended or cancelled. Regal Hotels International will not refund all the payments made on the booking or accept any request for amending or cancelling the booking unless it is due to force majeure events including natural disaster, wars, riots or other major upheaval, labour actions by staff of airlines or carrier, or breakdown of air transport conveyance which leads to the delay of the guest's arrival to Hong Kong.
OTHER TERMS
Regal Hotels International reserves the right for any modification to the terms and condition when necessary.
