Protecting customers' privacy is always the top priority of Regal Hotels International. The Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region is strictly observed by the Group. All our customer-related information, including accounts, transactions and relevant correspondence, are handled with strict confidentiality.
Only our authorised staff members are permitted to have access to customers' personal information in our database. The information, however, may be used for the purposes of order processing, delivery service, internal analyses, product promotion or service provision by Regal Hotels International, its agents, contractors or third party service providers who provide services to our company for the said purposes.
From time to time, we may send our customers printed matters regarding company news or product promotions. Customers will be removed from our mailing list within SEVEN working days upon our receipt of their request through email at e.business@regalhotel.com to our Customer Care Officer. |
